Top up
Choose an amount ($10, $25, $50, $100 or your own, in whole dollars) and pay with a saved card or a new one through Stripe's checkout. Before you pay, you see the credits, the platform fee, any international card fee, the total and any bonus. How much you can top up per 24 hours depends on your trust tier.
The page shows your balance, your average daily spend over the last week and how long the balance should last.
Automatic top-up
With a saved card, turn on Automatic top-up: when the balance drops below an amount you choose (at least $5), DigitSpace charges your default card for the amount you set ($10 to $5,000). It runs at most once every six hours.
Invoices and billing details
Under Billing details, set the billing email, company, address, tax ID and notes to print on invoices. Every payment under Transactions has Download invoice, a PDF.
Refunds
Request refund appears on a payment that qualifies: your most recent top-up, within the refund window, while little of it has been used (see the table above). Give a reason and the unused part of it goes back to your card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Plan
The Plan card shows Free or Pro. Pro raises the number of API keys from 5 to 20; upgrade monthly or yearly, switch to yearly, cancel or resume there. Enterprise is arranged with us; contact sales.
