> Use your Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry or Claude on Azure resource through DigitSpace with its API key and resource name.

There are three Azure providers in the list:

| Provider | Your endpoint looks like |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Azure OpenAI** | `https://<resource>.openai.azure.com`, or `https://<resource>.services.ai.azure.com` |
| **Azure AI Foundry** | `https://<resource>.services.ai.azure.com` |
| **Claude on Azure** | `https://<resource>.services.ai.azure.com` (Claude deployments in Foundry) |

## Steps

1. In the Azure portal, open your resource and copy a key from **Keys and Endpoint**.
2. In **Provider keys → Add a provider key**, choose the Azure provider.
3. Paste the key, and enter the **Resource name**: the part of the endpoint before `.openai.azure.com` or `.services.ai.azure.com`. For **Azure OpenAI**, also choose the **Endpoint type**.
4. Save.

DigitSpace calls your resource's `/openai/v1` endpoint (`/anthropic/v1` for Claude), which takes the model or deployment name in the request; there is no API version to set.

## What it serves

Your Azure key serves the models DigitSpace's catalogue routes to that Azure provider. See [Providers](/providers). Azure lists every model it offers rather than the ones deployed in your resource, so nothing is added from it automatically. On Enterprise you can add your deployments as custom models, using the deployment name as the model ID.
